Obama supporters aren't the delusional ones, it's the Hillary supporters
They really need to take the blinders off finally and she what she is doing to the party. To actually endorse the republican candidate over her fellow democratic rival is something I can't believe people are even defending. Alot of people are outright saying she didn't endorse him when there's clear video evidence she did.

Please Hillary supporters, take the blinders off and quit being delusional and see what she is doing to the Democratic party. We need to be able to beat McCain in 2008...not in 2012.

2. It's hilarious
She was trying, once again, to attack Obama. Instead she ended up giving McCain a beautiful soundbite for his campaign.

A concrete example of how her stubborn refusal to admit defeat is hurting the party and the chances of winning the general election.

Shame on her.

14. Well, that's what Hillary's "Lifetime of Experience" is worth.
Stupid, stupid, stupid comment.
With ALL that "experience", you would think she would know better.

3. She was comparing her credentials to those of McCain and Obama.
That does not qualify as an endorsement of McCain.

5. When hrc wins, the obama supporters will makes it more difficult
to unify the party - because obama's team split it with race. They did it with race while Obama was preaching "a new kind of politics."....so sad for obama a man with one hell of a hole in his soul...

16. Again with the race baiting.
What is your problem?
Not enough race baiting at DU?
YOU have injected this into other threads today that had NO mention or allusion to race.

If I remember correctly (and I do), it was the Clinton team who injected race into this campaign, and Obama was smart enough not to take the bait.

Now, PLEASE STOP spamming DU with your racial problems.

8. No they aren't delusional - they have a different favorite candidate
only a small minority on either side of this are using mean adjectives to describe the other candidates supporters.

I voted for Obama but I really like the DUer's who support Hillary. Insulting each other isn't helping.

19. I DO remember Paul Wellstone.
I campaigned for him in Minnesota.

Like Obama, Wellstone was AGAINST the Invasion of Iraq and unlike Hillary, he voted AGAINST the Authorization to Use Force in Iraq (IWR).

AND he did NOT endorse the DLC. He fought against them.
He was NOT fond of the Clintons (NAFTA, Free Trade, Deregulation, outsourcing, Wellfare Reform).

"There are forces within the Democratic Party who want us to sound like kinder, gentler Republicans. I want us to compete for that great mass of voters that want a party that will stand up for working Americans, family farmers, and people who haven't felt the benefits of the economic upturn."---Paul Wellstone

18. Amen. And they act like it's the Obama people who are nuts, or take the "high road"
And claim that both sides are equally to blame.

They're not. By any objective measurement, there's clearly one campaign that's turned this primary dirty, nasty, and hateful. That's the Clinton camp.
