Randi talking about how Hillary is instructing her..

..followers to control the caucus by making sure they are doing the counting, being the secretary and running the caucus. She says they are basically out to cheat. Be aware Obama supporters in Texas!!!

I trust Randi.

23. I like her alright, but she's biased, as was eident on the Air America cruise. They all are...
and not in touch with the rest of America, especially women.

36. she's in touch with me...
Randi and Rachel Maddow and Thom Hartmann, David Bender, Sam Seder, I admire them and agree with each of them on many, many issues. They are well-prepared, conduct good interviews with relevant people. I've loved AAR for three years now, no matter the bashing it gets from time to time.

The only person I've heard recently on AAR recently whom I didn't care much for was Rosanne Barr. Found her ideas pretty shallow and uninteresting.

Which is a damn good idea.

chair. That is a violation of Texas caucus rules.

And in Ohio, Clinton has paid people to picket an Obama office with NAFTA signs.

Field Report
Submitted by Jerid on Tue, 03/04/2008 - 11:24am.
I just got back from a quick drive down the Euclid corrider (Cleveland), around Chester, the midtown area, etc. stopping by polling locations. The biggest thing that struck me is that there's not too much visibility going on in Cleveland. Now given, it's hard to get people to stand in the on/off freezing rain, but still. Not too much going on.

At a polling location on Chester I ran into a couple of people handing out lit about Obama, a little farther down Chester I found two folks holding the big Obama body sized signs. I did not see any Clinton visibility - or really yard signs for that matter - but hey, this region may have been ceded.

Compare that to what I'm hearing is going on in Franklin County (Columbus). The rain didn't hit Columbus proper, so visibility in the center of the state right now is HUGE. Also, I heard last night at one point about 500 people an hour were circulating through the Franklin County BoE (we haven't seen that sort of early vote in Cleveland at all). There were also claims that the Clinton campaign has been paying folks to picket outside the Obama office with NAFTA signs. The source claimed they looked like out of work union types.

30. not allowed!
My understanding through caucus participation is during roll calls, counting of hands, addition, whatever --- there is a representative from both camps at the table at ALL times. One person does not do it; there must be equal representation from both camps even if the vote is very lopsided.

In other words, both camps count the vote.

That was implicit in Washington state caucus rules anyway.

33. Well I plan to be at a TX caucus tonight. I will try and report
back tomorrow on what I see. I am not a huge supporter of either candidate (former Edwards supporter). I voted for Hillary this morning. I would rather see things done fairly and if that means she loses, so be it. I am so sick of the games, I just want to see an honest vote count.

41. This is true in Texas
Edited on Tue Mar-04-08 05:22 PM by powergirl
I have seen the emails from her campaign. I am an Obama supporter and the instructions that Clinton is giving her supporters is wrong and illegal. Caucus leaders in Texas are determined by a vote of those who attend the the caucus. I think she forgot about that voting part. It's really unfair to her supporters b/c if they act that way, it will cause chaos on the system and make her campaign look bad.
