Wonder why CNN Blitzer hasn't reported John McCain's place in his class at Graduation time
Wolf Blitzer, is so into reporting on John Edwards hair cut, and Obama and Clinton, why isn't he reporting on the laziness of John McCain in graduating next to last in his class at the Naval academy and bragging he wished he had been last, remember folk this was a free four years at the expense of the tax payers of this nation....Get old wolf Obamas that would be a good start in getting to the General Election, I would but I gave him hell when he shut Edwards out during the primary.

1. Finished next to last then crashed 5 planes in his less than
illustrious pilot career before crashing in Viet Nam and spending 5 years in jail. Whatta hero!

2. I doubt this is a direction the party wants to go.

Beating up on veterans about their military service is the turf of the GOP.

4. Thanks for that tidbit of information, we need to be gathering any thing we can find instead of
bashing other democrats...Come on get with the republicans, we are probably going to know after tonight what is up and what is down.

7. Just out of curiosity, do you have a leg to stand on criticising McCain's service?
If Chuck Yeager said this, I might listen. Surviving five plane crashes (assuming you have your facts right) is no easy feat. Surviving five years of torture and physical abuse is a flipping miracle.

12. Yes..any thing is fair, this is something that should be out, remember we have had the idiot George
We certainly don't need another one. It would take and dumb man to do what Bush has done to the nation, remember Harding, he wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer and he let his cabinet plunder and steal from the nation. I believe he even sol a military hospital, I think a veterans hospital, not sure on the hospital, been a long time since I read on Harding. I do think he was the starting of the great depression, that Hoover was faulted for.. After reading I think it was all Harding and Coolidge both republicans.

10. He is a hero, he got away from his plane after it caught on fire
and 134 brave sailors died putting out the fire.

29. Then he was the only man
removed from the carrier with the injured and immediately reposted to another unit. Men on the deck said he "wet started" his A-4 and ignited the Zunni rocket on board the F-4 behind him in an attempt to play a joke on the F-4 pilot behind him.

Sounds like they got him off the boat to save his ass.

Either way, the heroes were killed or injured that day.

3. Come on folks it time to go after republicans, the sooner the better
Now you know and I know if Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama had finished next to last in their graduating class, the Republican Conservative Right Wing Media would be hollowing the fact day and night, this is something very few know about, we should refresh Wolf and CNN to get on the stick and do their job, after all a 400 dollar hair cut is the result of hard work, graduating last in your class is a sign of ignorance and laziness. Sort of sounds like GWB. riding daddy's coattail to the Naval academy then almost failing wouldn't you say,

8. Too bad we don't have a balanced media
If we did the answer to your OP would be because it happened John McCain was in the Naval Academy 50 years ago. But we have a RW media, so the actual answer is that they don't want that information to become public.

How sad.

11. But if we hit enough boards with the facts, then it will get out, it might not be much But
This nation does not need another Bush idiot in the White House, now is there much difference, I applaude Mccain for his military service, but laying down on the job while getting a free education is uncalled for...

He kicked up a big fuss about having to follow in grand dad's and dad's footsteps.

19. Who mentioned mavrick HOWEVER he did what he had to do
to get attention. Geroge Bush put his face in the mud in South Carolina, then he comes back to be a Bush good friend and war buddie, he is a nothing, if he were a mavrick, he wouldn't have followed George Bush like a little puppie dog, lapping at his heels for attention.

23. Not a poor student that I know of. His dad and grand dad did well
in the military, really well, and he was under some pressure to go into the "family business". He did but he showed his enthusiasm by graduating near the bottom of his class, by gambling, getting high and sleeping around.
