In Texas??Just heard this on CNBC is this correct? Can someone confirm this? How did they get the results faster than the mainstream?

15. Just F.Y.I. they called it for Reagan in 1984 waaaaaay before the polls closed
Because he was leading by such a huge amount early that there was no mathematical way to beat him.

But before the west coast had finished voting. That's different from calling a state before the polls close.

Plus, they're saying there's huge turnout in Dallas, so the polls will be staying open late until everyone votes.
