Clinton up by 20 in RI and OH. Now only behind Obama by 3 in TX.

Obama's winning streak comes to an end.

As counting continues in TX and Ohio, Clinton maintains lead in OH and is gaining on Obama in TX.

RI 22%
Clinton 59%
Obama 39%

TX (P) 7%
Obama 51%
Clinton 48%

OH 21%
Clinton 59%
Obama 39%

8. Those Ohio numbers will narrow and RI was closer than expected.
Texas early voting went strongly for Obama which should help him win.

10. They should not call it yet. They need to see what kind of results are coming out of the largely

populated counties first. So far, none of the counties show a large break for Obama. Franklin and Athens counties are showing him winning by about 9-10%. However, he is not winning in Toledo where it is tied. All the rural areas are going for Clinton.

11. One of the reasons is due to Chiyahoga (bad phonetic spelling)
County. That is one of four strong delegate rich areas identified by Chuck Todd to watch. They ran out of ballots. Voting has been extended due to a court order. There's another county which also has been extended, but I am not sure of the importance of it. Until those four delegate rich areas are completed counted, we will not have a complete picture of the final vote.
