I live in Plano in precinct 67. Maybe we were in the same building - Wilson middle school. I am the precinct chair and we had 84 sign ins. Obama won basically 60/40. It took hours just like moc states. And I gave out Obama stickers to those who supported Obama. Since it's a caucus, we can promote our candidates. I convinced 4 Clinton supporters to go to Obama which was great. Everyone, including the Clinton backers were very nice and helpful to me.
There was one exception, and she supported Clinton. She got one of those Clinton campaign emails that told her to grab the caucus materials from the election judge so that a Clinton person could run the caucus. This was incorrect and bad advice. She tried to get in the door of the precinct early. The election judge told her she had to wait. Then she tried to "grab" the caucus envelope, as instructed by her campaign, from the election judge. But it was given to me. She complained that my church nametag (I wore it so that people would know my name) was deceptive b/c my hometown was listed as "houston" (which is my hometown.) She accused me of not being eligible to caucus in my precinct. Then she wanted to know where her proposed platform resolutions were. I explained that in a Texas Caucus, she has to draft one and submit it to us. She said that those who voted for Clinton were smarter than Obama supporters. I and a Clinton supporter told her to quit being disrespectful to the process. She finally piped down and she embarrassed the other Clinton supporters. I was unanimously elected the Caucus chair - even by the Clinton supporters.
I don't necessarily blame the disrupter for acting like a MORAN but instead, she was acting on illegal and incorrect advice. But that is my caucus experience.
