I have just made another donation to the Obama Campaign.

I am a fighter--but I fight for a POSITIVE change in this country. I fight for the soul of the Democratic Party. I will not be deterred, and will stay with Obama until the final outcome. I truly believe he is our only hope for a better America and a safer world.

We, of the Obama campaign, have won many states by decisive victories so far in this race. We have won with a positive message, and can hold our heads high.

Hillary's Pyrrhic victory yesterday came by way of vile means. Her message is 'to be very afraid, you weak cowering people'. Make no mistake about it, she seemed to be enjoying herself immensely when she contrived and contorted her message, in a myriad of ways, to say to the uninformed electorate that you just cannot trust that black man. That is her message. That is the message I would expect from some knuckle-dragging ignorant Republicans -- but not from one of our own. I do not believe that ANY of the other Democrats who started out in this primary would have resorted to such ignoble tactics. They are all honorable Democrats. Not so, the Clintons.

I no longer believe that the Clintons are Democrats. I am SO ashamed of them, and utterly disgusted by their putrid tactics. They have given the Republicans all the ammunition they need to use, not only against Obama, but Hillary as well. Other than working overtime to smear Obama, Hillary is running mainly on her "experience", which she has now ceded to McCain, when she unwittingly ranked him as the other experienced candidate. Unfortunately for her, McCain's experience far outweighs hers. She has cut off her nose to spite her face, in thinking she was only trashing Obama, and ended up trashing herself. What short-sighted poor judgment on her part. She has succeeded in making herself look small, while making Obama's case for him that good judgment trumps her so-called experience. It is the Democratic Party, and America, that will suffer immeasurably as a result of the ineptitude and scurrilousness of her campaign.

I am just one vote, just one voice, but I believe I am a part of a growing chorus that will never be stifled by divisive attempts of politics at its worst. I have worked for the election of every Democratic nominee since I was 15 years old. I am soon to be 63 years young. I have voted for the Democrat every time, even though they may not have been my first choice in the primary.

However,

NOT THIS TIME. NOT THIS YEAR. If Hillary is the nominee of the Democratic party, I will sit this one out, because SHE has been the one to show me that she is no better than the Republican, John McCain.

4. I feel you. I too am thoroughly disgusted with the Clinton campaign.
However, I still will probably vote for her in November if she's the nom *ONLY* because of the
Supreme Court appointees. That said, I will work for and donate to Obama and hope he pulls it out for the good of our country.
Clinton will not get one dime from me and I'm not lifting a finger for her campaign.
