can do, vs. what RW assholes with wide listenership on FCC-regulated airwaves can do. It's wrong and promotes voter fraud either way, but the difference is in responsibility to the public: Markos Moulitsas has none, but the airwaves grant the Limpballs and Ingrahams of the world more power, and thus more responsibility to the public.
