The ad, the decision not to reveal Clinton tax returns, etc. - A work of genius!
Edited on Wed Mar-05-08 09:03 PM by Cronus Protagonist
All that outrage over a completely inconsequential item makes the Obama people look like crybabies. And their outrage is everywhere, on the news, on the net, in blogs, on the street!

It's free advertising! Hillary's OPPOSITION are all saying "Clinton did this!" blah blah blah "Clinton won't do that!" - they say Hillary Clinton more often, and with more emotion, than they say their own candidates name! And the snotty attitudes makes most of them appear like smarmy nitwits: like the people in school who ratted on you for having a penknife in your pocket, all the while expecting other people in the class to think they're "good" boys and girls.

And they come across as simply annoying because no one really cares. The "issues" are total bullshit! It makes not a whit of difference to the average American if Hillary releases her tax return or not. No one cares about how dark the "black Obama" video was or how unfair it is of Clinton to go negative, or any of that crap. The people who care about such things are clearly highly partisan and they look like they're clearly not "the sharpest kives on the Christmas tree" either, for not knowing how damned annoying they appear to non-partisans.

Add to that the storm over how BLACK OBAMA looks in HILLARY's AD, how his lips are fatter and his nose broader (FAT LIPS AND NOSE) and his face darker, blacker (BLACK FACE), well darned gosh, he's SO BLACK looking in HILLARY's ad. (One wonders just how black he should be.)

As for the rest of us, let's look into my crystal ball where we can all see the future.... .... ... ... all we want is Bush gone, it's time to vote, and who's running for president? Oh yeah HILLARY CLINTON and that other guy, the one who's always whining about HILLARY CLINTON and he's TOO BLACK or something...

I sometimes wonder if the most fervent Obama "supporters" are really Clinton operatives.

52. Another example of the OP's point.
Psst. Nobody really thinks that anybody's tax return contains "horror stories," least of all a politician as savvy as HRC. She's been around the block a couple times. There's not going to be anything interesting in her tax return.

People expect politicians to cheat on their taxes and real estate deals - that's why nobody cares about Rezko whatsisname. People expect politicians' tax returns to be (a) boring and (b) withheld just for the hell of it, mostly because they're attorneys and they don't release documents unless they're subpoenaed or something.

There's nothing in Hillary's tax return of interest. She's withholding it because she does that - she's stubborn that way. There's nothing interesting in Obama's dealings with Rezko either. A politician benefited from his friendship with a crook. Yawn.

My candidate is Dennis and he will surely NOT vote for McCain. As for Hillary, she will also vote for the Democratic candidate as she has stated in the past. We don't know Obama's position on this matter, but his wife clearly has doubts that she would vote for the Democratic nominee if it were not her husband. I guess she's not a Democrat, she's an Obamanian.

54. Really? It's going to be a close election. The rethugs will cheat, as usual.
They'll rig the machines and block people from voting and do the things they do to steal the vote. Every Democratic vote will matter. We need to make sure that the election isn't too close to be stolen again.

I wouldn't dream of failing to vote for the Democratic nominee, whomever it is. Seriously, it could be a yellow dog and it would have my vote.

In 2000 a lot of people said that there was "no difference" between Gore and chimpy, and look what we got. I hope we don't make that mistake again.

63. Baloney - Bush1 NEEDED To lose in 92 to avoid being totally exposed by impeachment.
Bushies expected impeachment after the release of BCCI report in Dec 1992.

Poppy ran the worst campaign in history and Jackson Stephens set up his boy from Arkansas to get the Dem nomination and he proceeded to deep-six all BCCI's outstanding matters throughout the 90s for GHWBush, Jackson Stephens, Dubai and Saudi royals, AQ Khan, Marc Rich, Bin Ladens, Adnan Khasoggi and many more BFEE operatives.

59. Clinton has been sniveling about the process every step of the way.
1. internet crybaby

Internet Crybaby - A person who disagrees with something they see, read, or stumble upon while browsing the internet. Upon feeling this disagreement, internet crybabies typically express that disagreement under their online alias by using their keyboard when they otherwise would not have expressed such distaste in person. Internet Crybabies typically forget what they were crying abount after a month or two have passed as this is their nature. When pressed further to give sufficient evidence for their opinions, Internet Crybabies typically resort to cliche and meaningless statements to divert your attack. Though Internet Crybabies raise valid points with their html, the delivery of those points often show that they have no idea what they're talking about. Internet crybabies can be found in forums, Blogs, online journals, and friendship networking sites.

"Have you read Steve69's latest Blog on Bush's plan to remove Social Security?"

"Yeah, he's an internet crybaby."
