The one thing I find totally unfathomable and distasteful about Ms. Clinton.
Is how she can resort to such republicanesque duplicity and scorched earth politics after being the target of the republican party for so long.

When push comes to shove, I always thought our party was better than that.

Her behavior is beneath the standards I have set for a presidential candidate.

While she may up getting my vote, she will NOT get my support financially or any other way.

1. Our Party is better than that. But Clinton doesn't represent the party.

She represents, well - Hillary Clinton and the remains of bill's legacy the support her candidacy. She is the "I/ME" candidate.

3. I get so sick of this crap.
Obama went totally negative when his campaign started the race baiting (helped along by the media) in order to win South Carolina. It was cynical nasty strategy but it worked. You have double standards.

Obama supporters can be so damn dishonest.

4. How come she will release her tax records for the repubs but not us
I think that is very negative. She said that. We dems cannot see the dirt but the repubs will be able to see it and make a decision on her.

Amazing.

26. Have you not listen to her answer on tax returns
Wake up. She has said over and over she would release after August (pressure now to do it in April). She would release them for the repubs and her buddy McClain to go over when they run against each other but not for us to make a decision between her and Obama.

Keith just said she has said more positive things about McCain since satuday in the press than McClain has said about himself. LOL!!

Look at the great video post above on the love affair of hillary and John.

5. Man, are you misinformed. Ask Leahy, Clyburn, Kerry and Kennedy
who they all felt compelled to call to talk about race baiting. I don't recall any of those calls going to Obama.

7. What a joke those old guys - Leahy, Kerry Kennedy.
They are all lying for the guy they think they can control when he gets in the W.H. Its all about their "power" base.

That strong woman - not so much.

24. New old face -
I honestly don't think Obama is a Democrat. He carries no passion for anything that Democrats care about. Health care for one. He doesn't really give a shit about it.

Also, I don't expect him to work with Dem leadership - he will ignore them. To do otherwise would mean he might be forced to stand for something instead of yapping about it. Run for the hills.

This is all about his personal journey in search of his lost identity.

I am sorry he didn't get enough love as a child. Most people with that problem go into show biz. Oh wait, he did but he only plays one character.

18. You are sooo Right..
Bush threatened to take Leahy's cows, he folded. Kerry got an election stolen from him, he folded. Kennedy couldn't win the nomination because, he folded..

The only Democrat who has recently won a presidential election is Bill Clinton! Yeah, I'll stick with a proven winner!

30. No they don't. They folded on NAFTA, they folded on DOMA, they folded on DADT...
...they folded welfare, they folded health care, they folded on all kinds of things.

If something is easy, the Clintons will be right their fighting for you.

The moment someone gets a little butch with them, they talk a big fight and capitulate.

32. Could you list something that she voted for or signed into law?
Folded on DADT - were you paying attention back then. Senator Sam Nunn and Colin Powell gave us that policy. It was not what Clinton tried desperately to get in the first days of his Presidency - he was forced to compromise (by the DOD) but it was at least better than before. Folded my ass.

I won't even address the other things you mention - you don't know what you are talking about. Just scream out some shit.

28. You are aware that the only reason Bill won in 92 was because of a rift in the republican party.
Perot took 19% of the vote and most of that was from the republicons.

9. You hit the nail right on the head..
I feel the same way. The way I see it, she does not represent the Democratic Party or its ideals, she represents the Corporate ideals of the DLC. I've long held that the DLC is quietly but relentlessly destroying the Democratic Party from within. Like you, I can not support her financially or work for her, and will hold my nose in the General Election when I will be forced to vote for her over McBush. Not an appealing prospect, I assure you.

11. I'm with you - NOT ONE DIME FOR LIEBERCLINTON.
I've been donating. Obama's received $160 from me so far, and I anticipate he'll be getting a lot more. Probably several hundred more, depending on my finances.

But for Clinton, nothing. I may be forced to hold my nose and vote for her in the general if she steals the nomination, but she will not get a penny from me. Ever.

I will not finance sociopaths.

27. No, but she needs my vote.
Which she can get two ways: Willingly or Unwillingly. Right now she is giving me no reason to vote for her other than the fact that she happens to have a "D" beside her name which I consider to be an "unwilling vote".

19. Hillary IS a former Republican (early in her political career)....

who owes her success to facilitating Reaganesque covert ops. Her real beef has been with the whacko Religious Right, but when it comes to facilitating Republican military operations, she's right there with them.

Still, I will vote for either of our candidates because I am AFRAID of who John McCain might put on the supreme court in an effort to prove himself a "TRUE CONSERVATIVE". It really scares me.

23. Yes, let's just play nice and lose some more.
Let's stand on principles in the election and then get swiftboated out of another GE. Our Constitution will continue to be shredded, we'll isolate ourselves more from the rest of the world, and kiss our civil liberties goodbye, but at least we know that we were Democrats, dammit, and we played fair in the election.

31. I walked around every day for no less than an hour on weekdays
used a week's vacation & went out every Sat. & Sun. for Kerry for months, stood in 98 degree weather for hours in a parking lot and a bus stop for Hackett.

I do not feel like doing GOTV for Hillary, but will gladly do it for Obama. Call me selfish but I do not relish stumping for such an unlikeable person. Other than her recent antics I had nothing against her previously, I just felt we would be foolish to not nominate the first candidate to have charisma in recent history. Now I do not respect her.

And I still believe Secratariat has a better chance against McCain than Seabiscuit.
