Hillary said McCain was experienced, right? He sounds like a good candidate.

3. I wouldn't have thought of doing it until Hillary Clinton came out in support of him.
McCain can't be that bad if Hillary supports him, right?

that is what she is implying you should do. That crosses a line, IMO.

8. Agreed. If Obama doesn't get it, Hillary's recent support of McCain will make me take a hard look
I mean, when a supposed Dem comes out with very favorable things to say about the other GOP candidate, of course I have to take a serious look at whether I'd want to vote that way. And since Hillary's run a very dvisive and nasty campaign, I may have to take a look at Johnny Mac. Hillary seems to think he's well qualified and experienced.

6. That's my thinking to...In my best conscious decision I must vote McCain.
The candidate endorsed by the Democratic Party nominee as the most qualified.
Hillary Clinton no longer a Dem, it's time she learned the Zell Miller rule.

10. If you like his policies --sure
I don't like them -- so I wouldn't vote for McCain.

I like Obama's policies -- they are almost as good as Hillary's.

But I don't think Obama would have the ability bring about any change.

12. He comes highly recommended by a member of my party, so I guess it's ok.
And if, as she says, the GE will be about national security experience, he trumps her. If it's Hill vs. Gramps, I'll have to seriously consider taking Hillary's advice and coloring in the McCain circle.

19. I won't vote McCain
but I won't vote Hillary either. I don't know how anybody, Hillary supporter or not, could, in good conscience, vote for a nominee picked by party insiders. It goes against everything the Democratic party stands for.

Write him in on the ballot.

For those that say that's against DU rules, in my defense, I'll say that I only vote for Democrats.

32. Free country, more or less,
despite the last 8 years of Bush. I think we can vote for whomever we'd like on Election Day.

Now I'm not going to guarantee your vote will actually COUNT given the GOP's ownership of Diebold (or is it the other way around?) but hell, vote your heart and your head.

I'm sorry, but being married to the marvelous and charming Cindy McCain does not prepare him to lead the country.
