my proposal to solve Michigan and Florida:
Michigan should have a either a caucus or a mail-in primary (cheapest and easiest kind of primary to run). The first time, both names were not on the ballot so there is no way they can honestly certify the results.

Florida did have both names on the ballot, but they broke the rules. Because of this, their delegate value should be cut in half as a penalty, each one counting for half. Let them seat their delegates proportional to the vote but just give them half the value. And reduce the delegate requirement for winning accordingly. If they pay no penalty at all it will just set a bad precedent for future elections.

1. I agree- the Republican solution for Florida is best

if the Dems do it as well then the voters can't be mad at the Democratic party because the Republicans would have done the same thing.

And honestly, even as an Obama supporter I can see that he probably wouldn't be able to win a state with so many Hispanic, Jewish and older voters. Though Florida is 16% black, which will be even more in a closed primary with extensive GOTV efforts.

Obama can cut the margin but likely not overtake her, so cutting the delegates in half seems like a fair solution.

2. I agree on Obama and the Florida vote
The senior citizen population swings it to HRC all by itself.
