I don't see what the big fucking deal is. It's not as though "monster" is a sexist slur.

1. I wish she had gone for "Hill-Zilla". If you're going to have to step down, make it FUNNY!

4. I do hate to say this but in the soundbite world of MSM "Monster" could be the end for her
We'll see if it lasts through the weekend (my advise to Team Hillary is to let it go, let it die off) but if it does she is done.

A lot of this has not been fair-the rightwing "prepped the battle field" on her for years mainly as an attack on her husband and on feminism but also because they knew she was going to run.

The "Monster" line is something that sticks. It cements the established perception of her.

A shame, she has an incredible history but that might have been the accidental (off record) end of her national run.

We'll see.

Yeah. I said to a co-worker "One of Obama's advisors called HRC a monster" and he said "She is!"

13. Yeah it sticks
I am not a supporter of hers in any way either but it is a shame that that could be her unofficial name

10. IMO, this was a trap, and the Hillary Campaign charged right into it.
How many times have you heard "monster" today? And now MSNBC is pointing to the hypocrisy of the Starr comment.

Hillary and Co. could not have handled this worse. And, for the careful Obama camp, and the intelligent, articulate Power to gaffe, is a little suspect.

Obama realized they had to come out swinging after Ohio, I think this is it. They drop one word, and Hillary Camp makes it at least one news cycle of tying her name to "Monster". We'll see how long it goes.

Hillary should have ignored it and shrugged it off. Obama knew she wouldn't.

15. Hillary is the eternal victim of sexism
It doesn't matter what word you actually use because it's not about words. It's the criticism itself that's sexist. Boohoo, boohoo, how dare you attack a woman!

She's been riding that pony for 20 years to force people to walk on eggshells and freeze legitimate criticism. She's a pro at manipulation and knows if she plays victim older women will take up the feminist flag to rescue you from the mean bad men.

It's a despicable manipulative tactic that all honest people should be outraged against.

One thing she and Bill master is that when they corner you, lie, sob and point fingers.
