Obama did not contact the Canadian Government ... HILLARY CLINTON DID!

The damage done to Barack Obama is enormous. And only the Canadian government that started this firestorm can put it out. The story has been twisted and posted in every corner of the United States and now it is up to a responsible Canadian government to make it right. A few thousand dollars and a well written explanation in every major paper should just about lay this to rest. (I'm not even demanding a few drops of blood from the decapitated bodies of the two wanna-be big shots that set this up)

Ok, that's it. Make it happen. Or I will continue to post for as long as my fingers can hit a keyboard.

1. This is incorrect. Here is the latest from the horse's mouth.

PMO: Canadian officials only got briefing from Obama campaign - not Clinton

OTTAWA — Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton never gave Canada any secret assurances about the future of NAFTA such as those allegedly offered by Barack Obama's campaign, Prime Minister Stephen Harper's office said Friday.

With the NAFTA affair swirling over the U.S. election and Canadian officials skittish about saying anything else that might influence the race, it took the PMO two days to deliver the information.

After being asked whether Canadian officials asked for - or received - any briefings from a Clinton campaign representative outlining her plans on NAFTA, a spokeswoman for the prime minister offered a response Friday.

"The answer is no, they did not," said Harper spokeswoman Sandra Buckler. ...

3. The horse being a Conservative Prime Minister who is trying
to protect his Chief of Staff. Why would you believe him or his spokesperson? They are mirror images of bush and his spokesperson. To trust Harper would mean you would have to trust bush, they are peas in the same pod.

We don't know what happened and this attempt to protect his Chief of Staff and kill the story doesn't change that. There is going to be an investigation into both the Obama controversy and the Clinton phone call controversy, how real it will be, we shall see. To date, we still don't know what happened re the Chief of Staff's comments.

5. Looks like the only way to settle this is a CBC "Fifth Estate" investigation.
They will get to the bottom of it.

7. DAMN good idea! I hope they do take it on....
that will be the only way we will find out what really happened and why it went the way it did! I have my own ideas on what happened and it is nothing like what has been reported unless one reads ALL the information out there on this.
