The biggest thing that scares me is the media's role
Edited on Fri Mar-07-08 10:59 PM by acrosstheuniverse
It is utterly asinine and downright wrong that the media is on purpose doing everything they can to insure Hillary's momentum sweeps her to many big victories in the remaining states. There is no doubt in my mind that with this positive coverage of her going non-stop it is going to effect public perception and therefore the polls and the actual votes.

It is really sickening how obviously biased everyone they talks on there are consistently praising Clinton and attacking Obama's inexperience and ability to be President.

I heard a poll on the radio say that despite all this shit Clinton is doing to Obama and eventually the party, 67 percent of Democrats like Hillary and want her to stay in the race. They are so fucking clueless and have allowed the media to control their judgement. And therefore they will probably vote for her now because she's got the big MO and has a very good chance to be the nominee and that they no longer see Obama as fit for the office.

It's not about good debates, good speeches, solid plans, positivity, and leadership.

It's about personality, perception, sound bites, negativity, and the willingness to jump on the bandwagon when things are going right for a candidate according to the media.

3. Most people not on the political internets don't realize that the cable news
"analysts" and pundits are shilling for Hillary, because they're EMPLOYED by those networks--I watched Carville, Hillary Rosen, and Bill Press, spouting off today, with a side of Lanny Davis and various other Clinton campaign staff, all bashing Obama unopposed by the facts. I watched them cover Bill Clinton in Wyoming longer than they covered what Obama was saying today. It's sickening--it's like there's a media shutout, except for the "Obama on the defensive!" headlines and propagating total lies like the NAFTA shit.

8. Agree. The media has been manipulating this in favor
of Clinton (which is why the Clinton outrage against the media is so ridiculous).
