STOP telling me that I'm sexist if I don't support Sen. Clinton.
Period.

"But it’s become increasingly obvious that she’s a target mostly because she’s a strong woman.", "everyone's picking on the girl",
blah blah blah.

How about if I disagree with her on the ISSUES?

Ms. DeShazer is a strong woman, and yes, a feminist, and yes, she knows I'm not a sexist.

This crap annoys me big time.

I've wanted nearly all my 53 years to have a woman as President. But not one who is dishonest.

Give me a man, woman, or some third sex person who is honest, and that person will get my vote, white, black, pink or purple.

Liars and cheats need not apply.

Just the fact that she does not have a penis doesn't mean you should support her. Why not argue on the merits? Now THAT'S equality.

1. Yep. Some of us wiener wielders can be overtly pro-feminist, in fact.

I respect anybody who votes as they vote -- the Founders set it up that way, whether I think Tom Tancredo is a sentient being or not. As dangerous and IMO racist as Tancredo certainly is, even he has a right to run for public office and his supporters, may God forgive them, have a right to vote for him.

If Clinton goes on to win our nom, I'll support the ticket, but over the past several weeks many posts have flared over the alleged hinge between non-Clinton voters (for any of the other 7 announced Dems) and pro-Clinton supporters on the trumped-up charge of "sexism."

Ain't so. You and Ms. DeShazer are exactly correct, IMO.

12. Hey. There's only two really red-hot balcony scenes in all literature.
Romeo & Juliet, and that one.

LOL!

7. Long retired, and happily so, hueyshort.
This afternoon, in fact, we're like as not to clean out the garage!

Drop by if you want -- we play good music while we do projects.

2. Well how about people stop calling folks on this board racist because they don't think voting for
someone soley because they are black is acceptable? What about not calling someone "racist " because they point out the lies and cheating of Obama? What about stopping calling people "racist" if they disagree with Obama on the "issues" like health care? It is wrong to vote either race or gender in MHO , yet people are doing it and viciously attacking those who do not find it acceptable.neither racism OR sexism is acceptable.

10. Please provide ONE example of racism here? All I hear are Hillary supporters bringing up the 'woman
power!' argument and the 'victim' card all the time.

19. Congressman Clyburn of South Carolina (link below) would be a great
go-to guy on the subject of race manipulation in this year's primary contest.

6. I'm weiner-less and I agree; because I'm a woman I'm somehow
guilty of letting down all women everywhere because I don't want Clinton as prez? I don't trust her or like her, and it has nothing to do with her gender.

I'm annoyed with this argument also.

15. I totally agree...
I hope to see a woman president in my lifetime. If there was running right now who I trusted and thought would be best for the country I would be behind her. But, of our choices, I believe Obama the best candidate.

of Washington, Patty Murray as Senator, but I caucused for Obama. If Hillary does get the nomination, I will support her though I hope does some cleaning up.

8. I would never tell anyone that.
And I hope no one tells me I'm a racist if I don't support Obama. However, I do see plenty of sexism against Clinton. That's not the same as saying all non-Hillary supporters are sexists.

I agree totally. But I'm not just a Hillary supporter because I'm (choose one of the many choices I've been offered at DU):

racist / uneducated / stupid / a freeper who wants to destroy the party / vagina-favoring either.

13. when Bill played race card lie is stopped and walk on water Obama is gone, issues will again
be of interest to those who call you sexist.

Is it an issue that some refuse to reward O's smear campaign and his two faced promises on NAFTA-Canada/Social program funding won't pass so no deficit on CNBC/ and Iraq war ending just best case to EU newspapers?

don't support her or don't like her as a candidate.

16. Lift THEIR veils - Clinton loyalists support the protection of BushInc into the next decade
and care LITTLE for their rights as citizens to open government and their duty to hold government accountable.

Clintonites BOUGHT the Bushes wearing Donkey Masks, just as Jackson Stephens intended when he BANKROLLED Clintons political careers for this role.

21. and cause i have a vagina i dont have to support her. what a woman said in line of caucus here in tx
surrounded by men and a couple nuns.... lol lol. i was the only one that didnt turn red and busted out laughing, more for the discomfort of the others.

ya

the thing, there is really an issue with sexism in this nation and hillary is causing damage. the ones we need are the men to truly inderstand there is an issue and even the men on this board doesnt seem to recognize or acknowledge. now with hillary and supporters abusing it, .... gonna put it on the back burner for too many years i am afraid

22. and you consider obama an honest man? DAMN! Telling
folks one thing in public and something different in private conversations. Is that honest? Was it honest when obama played the race card in january? Is that honest? obama is not an honest broker in this campaign.....cannot support someone that knowing full well that neither clinton was as some in the msm caled them, bigots and racists and obama just sat back and did not do anything to intervene.

The clintons had no reason to play the race card becasue at the time this all blew up hrc had a good majority of support in the black community...so where is the logic in race baiting and playing the race card? The only person that would benefit the most would be obama and he and his surrogates and some willing members of the whoremedia made this into a major issue....

the hole in obama's soul is getting larger every day....

Despite the fact that I would love to see a female President, I choose my candidates on issues, stances, integrity and their ability to lead.

30. One of the reasons I'm voting against her is
I don't think its legitimate to think being married to a president constitutes experience, much in the same way being their son doesn't make them fit to be commander in chief either.

Also every time I hear a candidate trumpeting their own experience all I think is that means they're bound to that many more lobbyists and special interest groups. I mean look at McCain he's been in there half a century and can't follow the campaign finance rules he made into law!!!

It's up to us to end political dynasties and lobbyist favored candidates, vagina or no vagina.
