Question about unique donors...

Just wondering where Barack got his 1 million donor number from? Just checked the FEC site and saw a lot less in their filings. Can someone tell me where to look to get confirmation of his claim?

FEC Filings (Individual Contributor $'s | # of individual contributions):
Clinton: http://herndon1.sdrdc.com/cgi-bin/cancomsrs/?_08+P00003392">Overview: $119,899,359 | http://query.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/can_ind/2007_P00003392">Donor Numbers: 85,924
Obama: http://herndon1.sdrdc.com/cgi-bin/cancomsrs/?_08+P80003338">Overview: $138,221,347 | http://query.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/can_ind/2007_P80003338">Donor Numbers: 118,596

No fighting here (I hope it stays civil). I'm just trying to find the data for myself.

On edit: I guess I didn't know that FEC filings were only required for $200+ contributions.

2. Don't you only do filings for donations over $200 or more?
I'm not sure but I remember something like that from 2004.
