1. Why, she's better off leaving herself out of this, and ignore it
Who wants to take a chance on a republican governor?

13. Maybe but it's not her issue is it? Also I saw your other poll asking
the same question of Obama and I have the same response there.

16. How could it not be her issue?
Isn't she supposed to represent the people of New York?

18. Well is she in charge of the Governor?
If so then she can discipline him, otherwise I'd say let the people of New York decide, he works for them.

I'm more concerned with having a republican in that seat then his funny business with his "other brain."

of the people of New York.

Don't you think the status of the governorship might garner some consideration?

22. Honestly, if she says anything it should be said out of compassion for a mistake made
on his part. He made a poor choice that will effect his career, his relationships and his own self esteem but most of all this hurts all democrats.

I think it's sad and fyi, I'm an Obama supporter.

But if Spitzer keeps this up, it's going to come back to her.

10. It would stir up Bill's womanizing if she did

after all, she did turn her head the other way while he had long-term
affairs, harassed employees, played with cigars and was accused of rape.
How could she possibly condemn Spitzer?

Sorry, just read Paula Jones Wikipedia page.

He did endorse her. And now with links to a Ho Ring, Bill would be very busy off the campaign trail feeling their...um....pain.

31. Yes. Swamp Rat speaks the truth.
Just because she is a Senator in the same state doesn't mean she HAS to comment on the Governor's current situation in the same state.

Especially considering the terrible circumstances impending in the Presidential race.

I could not believe it when I turned on TV this morning.

But stranger things have happened in politics.

Cordially,

Radio Lady

45. Within 5 minutes of "Hardball" Chris Matthews tied Hillary's campaign to Spitzer
The GOP is already warming up the 'Monica Lewinski' club too. If she wins the nomination, they'll beat her with it from now until November.

that Obama disassociate himself from farakhan's unsolicited endorsement, SURELY she would be willing to disassociate herself from Spitzer.

Sadly, Eliot Spitzer couldn't keep it in his pants. Sound familiar?

But politicians are like that, folks. Many of them think the law doesn't apply to them.

But it's going to be tricky if Spitzer keeps on playing games.

He could do everybody a favor by just going away.
