...a slim one.

41. I find that hard to believe
What I DO believe is that a Hillery vs. McCain election will see record lows in voter turnout of both parties. Even so, I believe Hillary could win.

Of course, I believe we could run a pomeranian named Mister Flipples the Third as the Democratic candidate and beat McCain.

20. I'm Pro-Obama, but I never believe these stories
Even if they are true, I have no idea what they mean in a macro sense. I guess it's nice that a older Republican lady is having an open mind. But I think a pretty big percentage of the public changes their party vote every four years. It's just people like us who are insanely partisan.

Edited on Tue Mar-11-08 04:16 PM by Labors of Hercules
And she said her parents agree with her! They are like the model Republican household... finally recognizing that "Republicans are not all they're cracked up to be," and kicking themselves because they could have "had their cake and eaten it too"

29. As a liberal who is most unhappy with the choices left in the Democratic race,
hearing that Republicans like one candidate or another does not make me feel any better about being stuck with either Clinton or Obama in November. In fact, it reminds me why I'm so disappointed in this election.

She has always been Christian Right Wing Moral Majority type voter. She's a good person just not very informed...until now. I talked to her last week and she told me she could never vote for McCain. She said she's never voted democrat but that she really likes Obama and he will be getting her vote this year....It took her a long time but better late than never!
