why is clinton
pushing this 250,000 rezko contribution and bill and her face this 1.2 million contribution during her senate run and supposedly a trial in nov.of which none of the money has been given back?

9. It is a colloquial expression
It means to violently (often metaphorical violence) reduce someone else in status and assert supremacy over them. It derives from the practice of pimps slapping prostitutes to keep them acquiescent.
