By looking at the thread titles for a min I thought I was at FreeRepublic.

Why do some usual suspects who are absolutely full of shit get much attention or their threads get kicked up almost all the time?

This is DU for pete's sake. I expect to see this shit on FreeRepublic.

Outrageous thread titles backed by questionable sources.

Do some people even care about the economy or the fact that people are losing jobs? Or that the American troops are dying in Iraq?

Do our problems go away by discussing shit or acting like cyber warriors on the internet? For the purpose of tearing down other democrats?

Now it's all about who will destroy the country quicker, the scary black man who hates white people or the shrew who supports bush*. This is why I keep saying that I doubt a Dem will win the white house - we let the only major contender who actually wanted to do something to help slip away. Now we're just left with a popularity contest in which the two contestants are free to destroy each other's credibility. Then the one who somehow survives that has to limp along toward November, bloodied, to face an unscarred repub.
