2. Too bad, Obama would've picked up more delegates and deprived
Clinton of counting those votes and delegates from the Jan. vote, since they'd be moot as soon as a plan was announced. Obama would clearly have done better than his original 38% since the ballot would have only him and Hillary on it and he'd actually get to campaign there (plus increased turnout which usually helps him). Oh well.

Still, the delegates should not count unless the DNC wants to start seeing primaries in December of the year previous to the GE.
