6. McCain already had an absolute majority of the delegates needed to nominate him
There was NO way possible he could not be the nominee, even if Huckabee won every single delegate from that point on. Not to mention that McCain scored double in public opinion polls over Huckabee, or that he he had three or four times as many delegates already as did Huckabee.

There really is no comparison.

They don't know when they have been beat, it's just not in their genes.

Are we to believe that Huckabee has more common sense than Hillary ? , or maybe she is just willing to play dirtier.

He said that 1 day before the Ohio primaries.
