This wasn't a speech by committee... Obama wrote the speech himself, working on it for two days and nights.... and showed it to only a few of his top advisers.

15. It is obvious that he wrote the speech because..

it contains the same writing style as does his book. (which he wrote also, by himself) Read the first few chapters of Audacity of Hope and you will see how Obama thinks and writes. Especially when it is about the Repugs..he writes with passion and hope for change. The Republican view..to deliberately, divide and their use of hate and fear rhetoric is often discussed by Obama.
