Florida is not going to count
Edited on Wed Mar-19-08 06:36 AM by lamprey
In the General Election. It's a write off. Republican - let's invade Cuba, all the way. If by some miracle a Dem got up, the World Famous Vote Counting Circus would swap the result. Face it guy's: you, and your joke of a party are a laughing stock. Time to declare a South Beach Republic of Coke 119 - 1.

Would you like some Morphine with your Whine?

Dems would be better off looking to Utah.

4. After 'Primarygate'
the Democratic Party might as well concentrate on Utah, for all the good it will do. 119-1, that's telling 'em boys.

8. Are you saying Floridians are tthat shallow? That close-minded?
That is the implication of your remark. Maybe they just need to be educated as to the advantages of voting Democratic in the GE and "GET OVER" the primary. Everyone feels disenfranchised at some point or another. Sometimes you vote in the primary for a candidate who then drops out and so you have "lost" the chance to post a vote for the two remaining candidates.

As an Edwards supporter who no sooner got her absentee ballot in the mail, came home to discover he had dropped out of the race, the thought that people in Florida and Michigan might have a second chance--this time with only the two remaining candidates in the race on the ballot--does not sound fair to me.

Whoever comes out of the primaries should be supported ACTIVELY--the stakes are too high. If your candidate does not make it in 2008, try again in 2012 to get him/her into office.
