IF Obama was to beat Clinton soundly in PA
What would this do to the picture? Anything? Nothing at all?

I have to feel that the Clintons are depending on PA to be a big win.. I live here in Philadelphia, and I must say the Clintons are very eager to win PA. They have recieved the endorsement of a popular, young, and fresh black mayor in Michael Nutter.. Endorsement of GOV Ed. Rendell, and it seems very likely the local Phila party will also support her campaign.

IF she was to lose PA, or not win by a substantial amount, would this mean Clinton would back out? I am interested.

I don't want this going to August!

1. Can't see it happening
She has consistently polled way above Obama in PA. But just for argment's sake, let's say she did lose to Obama. I'm sure she'd find a way to spin it into a perceived win the way she did in Texas, one of her previous "firewall states".

2. She'll win, but if she only wins by 10 or so
the press drumbeat for her to get out will begin in earnest.

3. This is a fairy tale hypothetical
But if it happened, it would simply be the practical, if not literal, end to the Clinton campaign.

4. There is absolutely no chance she could survive that.

5. If she takes a loss then she will drop out. I'm pretty sure of that, but
she wont lose. She DOES needs to get around 10 points for it to be a SOLID win.

6. I hear a call for GOTV action -- maybe house parties showing videos of his speeches & town hall mtgs
In the mid-70s I went to Brazil and they had politicians driving around with the megaphones blasting of speeches and music. I don't know what the "noise pollution" or "disturbance" laws are, but with a strong grassroots effort, it should be possible to bring Obama a win even in PA. With evidence showing Hillary supported NAFTA, a lack of evidence of the foreign policy experience she cites, and maybe Clinton fatigue in light of the shenanigans (if we can't trust her to follow the "rules" now, what makes us imagine she would do so later?), etc. There are ways of pointing out the FACTS while still being respectful.
