Only not proportional to votes cast in unfair, bogus elections.

16. I have warmed up to the 1/2 vote per delegate solution, so long as it does not "flip" the outcome

Also assuming that Obama gets all the Uncommitted delegates from Michigan and that SDs from those states also are reduced to 1/2 votes.



This can all be worked out after 6/3 when all the contests are over.

5. Obama: leave it to DNC rules, committees to find some fair solution

to make sure FL and MI delegation are seated. Points out people in MI and FL have same concerns as rest of Americans and need to be heard.
