Obama is wearing a lapel pin
Edited on Fri Mar-21-08 01:19 PM by godai
Does anyone know what the pin is? Doesn't look like a flag. Looks like Richardson may have the same pin. I'm glad to see this, since it's another distraction that is not worth fighting. I hope it says something like : "United States of America", since that's what he's striving for.

Meanwhile, the topic is the lapel pin.

11. Nah...
it's his "GOD DAMN AMERICA" pin.
Or his "I have a typical white woman
for a grandmother" pin.

2. Like the Outward Bound pin that Edwards wore (wears?) for Wade
I was always happy to see that pin instead of a flag -- it shows individuality and a
commitment to something more personal.

Edited on Fri Mar-21-08 01:09 PM by LisaM
They really look tacky. I wish nobody would wear them.

18. At our recent county convention our member of Congress said it's not his pin
but our pin that we allow him to wear with honor. Oh, yeah - he got a standing ovation for that line. Of course, he's an awesome member

8. I can't tell
That circle pin John Edwards wore last night on Leno had a hole or a dark dot in the middle of it. I think Obama's pin is different from Edwards' pin. As for Richardson's pin, it looks rectangular to me, like probably a flag pin. Hard to tell on CNN compressed video feed.

Have sympathy for the haters on this thread. They are hurting and they lash out.
