Like all Bush appointees, she was asleep at the wheel...I'm willing to be this goes past the three candidates...they've got a lot of nosy people as contractors, and while I STRONGLY BELIEVE this was nothing more than some jerks being nosy, it could turn into something else in the future as long as people like Condo-liar are incapable of doing a semi-competent job.

5. Nosey People

Once is nosey. Two and three times is a problem. The supervisor in charge fired the 1st 2 contractors immediately. The third time it happened the contractor was reprimanded. Not only that but why did it take 3 months to get this information out. This is political plain and simple. This is the most political administration that I have ever seen and that includes Nixon.
