Thoughts about money
A strange thought just crossed my mind. If you were running for President and were behind in the number of states won, behind in the delegate race, behind in the popular vote, would you drop out of the race, or continue to ask your supporters for donations? Especially in these tough times in the USA. Most Americans are having such a difficult time making ends meet. They have cut down on discretionary spending and are basically spending their funds on the necessities in life, like food, clothing, house payments or rental payments. Why would you ask them to give more? Wouldn't you back out of the race, thank your supporters and pledge your support to your fellow Democratic opponent? Why would you continually give them hope that you could somehow perform a miracle and win the race? Maybe if you were in debt and needed the additional funds to play catch up? Isn't that robbing Peter to pay Paul? Wouldn't it be better to have your supporters financially support their second choice if you know you can only win by a miracle? Is the "Stay the Course" race the wrong thing to do for the party when the party knows it will take a massive amount of funds to beat the Republican machine in the General Election? I am reminded of the following:

"Most private traders on a losing streak keep trying to trade their way out of a hole. A loser thinks a successful trade is just around the corner, and that his luck is about to turn. He keeps putting on more trades and increases his size, all the while digging himself a deeper hole in the ice. The sensible thing to do would be to reduce your trading size and then stop and review your system. - ALEXANDER ELDER, Come Into My Trading Room

Now I know Hillary and her supporters don't want to give up this battle. I can understand. I am a fighter myself. I am a person of determination but I am also a person who has had to face reality a time or two in my life. I cannot run for President. I would love to but I know I couldn't win. In my life, I have won battles against obstacles many would have given up on. I have also lost some but I haven't ever stayed in a battle at the expense of others.

2. but "We the People"
will need to financially support a campaign against "More of the Same, McCain" It just seems like our money would be better spent defeating McCain instead of defeating our own party.

3. Agreed.
Unfortunately, the MSM has pitted us against each other and for the time being, WE have to accept that fact...I wish "WE" really had a voice...

Peace.
