Documents released by Barack Obama's campaign shed more light on his ties to Illinois political fundraiser Antoin Rezko, now on trial on corruption charges.

The just-released papers show Rezko, who is on trial in federal court on charges arising from a multimillion-dollar hospital contract scandal, was among 117 people who worked on Obama's 2004 U.S. Senate campaign, the Chicago Tribune reported Sunday.

I listened to the whole interview and I believe I remember him mentioning that Rezko was on his finance committee...he definitely said that Rezko was a significant fundraiser in his senate campaign. Too tired to find the link...just go to the Tribune website.

We already know that Obama was involved with Rezko, but Obama was not involved with the corruption. He's already been vetted of that. You got anything new? I've posted tons of information, including the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune accepting Obama's explanation of the Rezko involvment and determined that he is not linked to the corruption trial.

Sen. Barack Obama's campaign released a new set of documents Saturday in its ongoing effort to paint the Illinois Democrat as more open and transparent in his dealings than Sen. Hillary Clinton.

The Rezkos were among 117 people who were listed on that 2004 committee. The other two lists released to the Tribune included the names of 279 national finance committee members for Obama's current presidential bid and nearly 550 past and present Senate office interns.

Many of his top fundraisers were already known, but Obama's campaign had never before agreed to release the entire list. The other records also had never before been provided for review.

The documents were offered a week after Obama met with reporters and editors at the Tribune, as well as those at the Chicago Sun-Times, to discuss his relationship with Rezko.

29. This has been proven to be fake

Experts have analyzed the coloring to be fake and they do not match and if you look at the photo you can see to the naked eye that Rezco is stretching his arms out. This is a posed photo where the Clintons take pictures with a line of people. The background makes it obvious. In these types of photos, people step in and the Clintons stay in their spot. Rezco is in the rear of the Clintons and is embrassing with arms stretched. The Clintons are straight in their stand and so do not match. It is a fake!

There is no ties to Rezco and the Clintons.

Doesn't have to be fake and in itself doesn't mean anything. http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/01/25/the-rezko-clinton-connection/ The Clintons have their own list of shady donors but no evident relationship with Rezko.

BTW can you cite a source where the photo has been "proven" to be fake by "experts?"
