Poll question: Are people lying to pollsters?

With the Democratic primary so contentious, I wonder if people have been lying to pollsters on the head-to-head versus McCain question, even though they would actually "Hold their nose" and vote D even if their primary choice did not win. Maybe we are in better shape than we think?
