Does anyone think Clinton will outraise Obama this month?
I am really afraid of that. She raised $5 million in the 24 hours after March 4, and a lot of big donors who had been hesitant in February probably felt more comfortable giving after March 4 and even moreso after the Wright controversy began. Obama has had a tough month and I am afraid his fundraising may have slowed. So if you are an Obama supporter and have not given this month please do...I am really nervous that she will pull off an upset and outraise him. Obama http://www.knx1070.com/Obama-Still-Leads-Big--in-Fundraising/1869700">hinted recently that his fundraising may have slowed a bit...he said that there were fewer primaries this month so he did not expect to sustain the pace. Obama supporters, if you have not donated this month please think about doing so if you can.

3. Who says he will raise another $55 million?
He hinted that he probably won't raise as much this month.

5. exactly - the Clinton camp will try to spin it that he has stalled
if he doesn't - he is lowering expectations, because he won't raise that much this month.

It was a freaking mircacle that he did that well last month. That is a staggering amount of money.

17. He added one million donors this month.
If this is true by anymeans, he might have actually amassed about 100 million dollars.

18. I thought that story was corrected on Politico
I read that the donor counter was broken and may not be accurate.

4. Clinton's campaign is suffering mightily from lack of funds; I don't
think they can overcome their deficit. I did read where online donations have increased, but seeing how this primary is being examined under a microscope, every last little tidbit is being reported. That could change tomorrow.

7. But that's based on last month
He may still have more in the bank at the end of the month, but if she outraises him that will be an upset and give her some momentum, and signal to the media that the tide may have turned. Or at least that's how they will spin it. And it might influence some superdelegates.

6. Clinton Campaign Is Virtually Broke
Even if they blow away Obama's March numbers, the Obama people actually know how to run an organization and balance a freakin' budget. That said, like many people, I donated everything I could after his amazing speech.

15. What makes you say that?
Obama himself said fundraising has slowed...hers may have picked up once she came back from the dead.

16. She got a nice bounce in Feb. when her supporters learned she was broke
and she still got outraised by $20 million. Obama simply has far more donors he can turn to and they are just as committed as hers, that's why it won't be close.

10. It's not about the money. It's about the Democrats. We get outspent three to one all the time...
without that corporate mojo. I like Hillary whether she outraises him or not.

12. When hell freezes over
ain't gonna happen. We now know that Hill and her crew cooked the books for the Feb. totals, inflating them beyond what was really raised. Meanwhile, Obama has passed the 2M individual donor number mark. 1M was unprecedented. Hill? Same ole' rich pals shelling out to her losing campaign.
