The Point is to talk to each other about what is said, not get so damned indignant at each other for saying it.
That's the biggest problem with Americans.
We get so damned indignant over the smallest slight. Everybody, all of us. We even search and look for things to be indignant about. Greedy for it. In a narcissistic rage.
Americans need to get their head out of the clouds and join the rest of the human race.
I've been nauseated all day long, for reals. I'm indignant because I don't have the energy to fight. I got rockets in my sockets and sore muscles all at the same time. I'm quite indignant about that.
Alas, you are right. We ALL hate listening to each other. We ALL get all indignant about it and close the discussion down. I just don't feel to good today. I'll rec you. I don't even care who you support. You seemed to be pointing out that we are all indignant and uncivil to each other as a general rule in this day and age. That's something I believe is true too.
