Are you as angry with Senator Clinton as I am?
David Gregory has a new show, Race for the White House. He plays a few short, to the point voicemails during the show.

Please feel free to let him know how you feel right now - 212-790-2299.

Short, concise, G-rated and without any Hillbot, Reich-wing nonsense, and you may just get on the news. I left one.

Every night they play a Hillary supporting one, tonight, lets give them a lot of anti-Hillary (and I do mean anti-Hillary, not Pro-Obama, she pushed me that far, today) voicemails and see if one actually gets played.

Thank you - I probably wasted this post - but I am so upset today.

He also takes emails here:

32. I've begun to see some shows treating her with the respect she deserves ...
... laughing at the ridiculousness of her distortions and the utter desperation of her constant manipulation of the nomination goalposts. She's rapidly becoming a comical figure, akin to Dukakis in the tank, Bush in the flight suit, and even Baghdad Bob, proclaiming imminent victory for Saddam as American troops were entering Baghdad.

Sheesh.

22. You reallly should be more angry with the media than with either candidate.
Both candidates are trying to win a very big prize, and I don't think this campaign is AS NASTY as many I've seen in the past years...but then I'm old! The media pulls snipets from things said on both sides in order to keep this primary going and to boost ratings. Thank about it. Look at the coverage they gave and are still giving Rev. Wright. I seriously doubt he preaches those words every Sunday, but you'll never hear any of his other sermons. They all got themselves up in a huff over the "most white people" comment. Did you hear ANYONE on the radio or the TV say that like it or not, that's very true in a lot of caes.

It looks to me like a LOT of people let the media interpret what somebody MEANT by a comment, and they just buy it as fact!

29. The media keep this sort of thing going. It is
to their benefit to get everyone upset and angry with each other. And I must say I have never seen so much Clinton bashing as I have on this blog. Politeness and good manners have never been so short. We have two very good people running for president on the Democratic ticket and I am grateful for them. Obama and Clinton get run over all the time while that crazy McCain just keeps rolling along.

obsessed with power.

So, what the hell is Obama??????????

I guess he's a choir boy with no ambition whatsoever. He's running only for the good of the country and not for self interest.

Please people, are you really this naive or simply disingenuous????

Obama is just another politician who came up through the ranks of the Southside Chicago machine. He's no better nor worse than any other politician who has made it this far in his/her political career.

37. According to this Senator Obama supporter she is a huge disappointment
I firmly believe she has screwed us all.

By lying about her stupid trip and saying she "was tired" she gave McCain some of the most incriminating evidence of her inability to answer that 3 am phone call. She actually worked to get NAFTA approved and then lied to the voters of Ohio, strongly stating that Obama needed to be ashamed of himself. She is not a person I want as the president, she has failed me utterly.

Are we supposed to say it's OK for her to lie because it's "just politics"? President Clinton was a liar and now his wife? She has done every one of us a terrible disservice and I hope she loses to Obama by a long shot.

My only disclaimer being that I'll vote for her if it's her or McCain but it is getting harder and harder to think about. Should she be nominated I will have a real struggle and will have to force myself not to think about what an utter disappointment she is.

44. The Bosnia thing was just plain silly, I grant you that.
I don't know why she said it.

As for NAFTA, she honestly did oppose NAFTA. It had been a leftover from the Bush administration and she thought that it would hurt the American workers. She also thought that it would divert resources and time from the healthcare proposals. There were quite a few heated discussions between her and Bill over the issue. Eventually she relented and grudgingly went along with the flow after being told that they were going to tweak certain aspects of the agreement. Please remember that first ladies are supposed to support their husband's administration and not voice publicly their discontent. Ever since she got to the senate she has said that NAFTA needed to be revisited and amended.

49. She really can't have it both ways. She never spoke out against
Nafta openly. She was a part of it and then she nailed Obama to the wall in Ohio. That was wrong of her and for her and her husband to take this down to the lowest common denominater by implying McCain is a better pick and more patriotic just took the cake.

I want a candidate that gives me hope that maybe we can change this, she is not giving me any hope for that. I don't believe she has any intention of changing anything just based on the way she has run her campaign. I watched Bush do this to his opponents and I am truly done with this type of politics, the politics of lies are too much for me...

41. Decent you say?
I guess we all have selective memory, but I remember when the Clintons were thrown under the bus and called racists. Obama knew better but didn't utter a peep. Furthermore, the campaign wrote the talking memo that Russert waved at Obama during one of the debates. He too could have been "decent" and said something about it. How about him standing in Oregon this past week next to the old general who called Bill "Joe McCarthy"? The list goes on, decency is not precisely a common word in the world of politics and your guy is no better.

Now I do remember the last non-slick operators...one invented the internet (even though he never said he did), another was a coward during vietnam (even though he had a bunch of medals) one guy drove a tank and looked kind of funny...another was a Peanut farmer...

You got to be a little slick to get around the lies...and well some of the truth because God knows every damn one of us has skeletons in our closets.
