Super Delegate laying the groundwork to abandon Clinton
"U.S. Sen. Maria Cantwell, one of Washington’s 17 Democratic superdelegates, isn’t ready to shift her allegiance from Sen. Hillary Clinton to Sen. Barack Obama — yet.

But in an interview with The Columbian’s editorial board Monday, she said the candidate with the most pledged delegates at the end of the primary season in late June will have the strongest claim to the party’s presidential nomination."

“I definitely don’t want the superdelegates to be the deciding factor,” she said.

1. The is no t much evidence to suggest that the SD's are going to give this to Hillary
The notion that the SD's are all in the pocket of the Clintons does not have much foundation.

4. No guts
"she said the candidate with the most pledged delegates at the end of the primary season in late June"

Uh, theres no chance Clinton will catch Obama in pledged delegates, and I have to tell you Senator its people like YOU who have the power of being a super delegate yet are dragging your feet on throwing your support to the person who will still be leading in 3 months that will be responsible if our party loses the GE as a result of Clintons dirty politics that risks damaging our eventual nominee.

You can play it safe now and wait to endorse .....while risking our party's chance this November, or you can do the right thing and help to end this now so our nominee doesnt get damaged further by a fellow Democrat.

The choice is yours, but the voters wont forget if you are too cowardly to help our party to achieve victory this year.

6. Won't that become apparent after Pennsylvania?
there will be a point where she will need more than 100% of the remaining primary selected delegates to take the lead. I have the impression there isn't much left after the Pennsylvania primary.

8. Your impression is DEAD on. There won't be any excuse for her
to remain after PA.
