Chelsea Clinton appreciation thread
For managing to carry herself with grace and class while her father disgraces himself, and her mother slowly descends into madness.

Chelsea for president in 2016!

10. Only reason she is special is because she is a "clinton". There are tons of other "good" kids. n/t

5. There was another thread
mentioning that Chelsea was asked a question about Monica and another about the Bosnia trip.

I couldn't bring myself to read either. She was a kid when both those instances occurred and questioning her is despicable. If someone asked me to clarify a story my mom told, or about an affair my dad had, I'd go for the throat.

So yes, she's to be absolutely commended for behaving with such class. She's a fine young woman, and Bill and Hillary have apparently been excellent parents.

6. I think she has turned out very well... given the circumstances of
her childhood, however I don't see her in politics. She hasn't shown any interest at all in it.

7. I don't blame her for not wanting to muck around in politics.
She, more than any of us, knows how painful it can be.

Best thing Bill and Hill ever did!
She has more class than both parents combined.

12. I don't think she'll be campaigning much longer
Her leave from work last till the end of March, I think. And, really, if it is a lost cause, there's no real reason for her to stick around.

11. Chelsea deserves a pass
and gets a pass from me - even as "adults" children are not responsible for the actions of their parents.

GObama!

13. I'm Sorry, I don't See Anything "Classy" About Her At All...
I've seen her give rude answers to questions about the IWR vote and today her mother's credibility today about Lewinsky. She had a privileged childhood, works for a hedge fund and has had a nose job.

14. I agree she had a privileged childhood but she's not a spoiled brat either
Or at least not as bad as the Bush twins, who've told the secret service, you know the people protecting them,'hey,if you piss us off we could have you fired.'
