Another Obama office open
I just came from the official opening of the Washington, PA Obama office. It's in one of the empty storefronts downtown--like so many of our cities, Washington has lost its center to malls and box stores. We had an awesome crowd packed in elbow-to-elbow and spilling out onto the sidewalk. Franco Harris was there to give a little speech to lots of chanting and cheering. Clean Coal was giving away stickers and hats. A union of some kind was rounding up their membership to support Obama. Lots of energy. Lots of volunteers. We're underway in Washington County!

2. Awesome.
Imagine in September, how much more energy and how many more volunteers there will be.

It's gonna be great.

6. He's a big Obama supporter
And gives a pretty good speech. Which, by the way, was covered by all three major Pittsburgh TV stations.
