I think Hillary has to make a choice... her last chance...

I think she can still bow out, say she's doing it for the good of the party, and have a respectable leadership position in the senate. That is if she is really dedicated to public service and wants to stay in the senate.

She's run the campaign into the ground, it is over. She won't be president.

At this point if she continues, she's going to destroy herself and end her career in politics, period.

I say this as someone who was originally going to vote for Hillary, but voted Obama after watching the CA debates and growing more and more disappointed by Clinton, as I was being more and more impressed with Obama. So I voted for him, and she's just gotten worse and worse since then. My disappointment has grown into disgust in the last few weeks.

Does anybody else think this is the case... that she's right at the point where she has to make a choice between saving what's left of her career, or having a total meltdown and losing everything?

1. She may be passing the point of no return......
and that is gonna be an even bigger problem.

The media is going to allow the party to be destroyed, and she will have been their puppet.

4. I don't think the rest of the Democrats will allow Hillary to destroy the party.
I think if things keep up the Super delegates will shut Hillary down.

5. 10 minutes "Last Call for alcohol but that young lady you have been cut off"
She's not leaving this bar, even if she can't get a drink from the bartender.

You have seen the type, drunk and then stealing drinks. She drove the car
there and her friends need to call a taxi to take her home.

She still has some liquor at home in New York, but that supply is almost dry.
Unfortunately all the liquor stores are now closed and her friends
need to run an intervention.

DRUNK ON POWER, deal with it.

8. Half the voters disagree. If Obama can't reach 2025, that's tough.
The number was put there for a reason.

And attack to the end!

Poor Hillary, (more so it seems, Bill)...it ain't gonna happen. dude, It's over! Bill is furious, ("How can they fuck up a such a sure thing")....The republicans are as happy as they planned it...Cuz, the Dems are more divided & grasping, more than ever that I can ever recall, (divide and conquer, the republicans mantra for years)....And it will unfortunately, continue....much to the republicans, their owned media & McCain's glee!

And who is the ultimately the enemy.... Fascism = Imperialism, The REPUBLICANS, as most have forgotten!

(And FUCK the DLC too)!

Get real! The repugs have planned for Hillary Clinton for four years!

Including the Rove owned Electronic Voting Machines....

Yes, he still in the picture. ALL has been planned, in keeping their fascism continuing, they won't let go.

Certainly not by letting the voters decide, (and only that being a bit of an obstacle)!

12. She should bow out now gracefully,
Then she should endorse Obama and then she and her husband should work tirelessly for Obama's election (unlike the lukewarm support they gave to Kerry in 2004.) Then she returns to the Senate and works to rehabilitate her image and her standing in the party. Then she runs for prez again, either in 2012 or 2016, depending on what happens to Obama in the general election. She would be 69 in 2016 which is younger than McCain is now.

13. I got another call from my 81 year old neighbor.
Owen was one of two Hillary delegates in his prescient. He and his wife are not in our precinct. He said he got a letter today telling him that he is not a pledged delegate. He wanted me to know that he will be casting his vote for Obama, not Hillary. He cited the Pastor Wright issue. He had told me a couple weeks ago... that they took their Hillary yard sign down when he got disgusted that she had put John McCain ahead of Obama. I spent plenty of time trying to convince him before the caucus that Obama was the man. He had promised Hillary that he would vote for her at a book signing a couple years ago.
I bet that this sort of thing is happening all across the USA.

Owen is an amazing man. He ended his long engineering career with Boeing as a lobbyist.

He told us a story about being in the was in the Navy when he was 20. He and several other sailors were traveling by train to Chicago. He said that after all the OTHER folks were done in the dining car the Sailors got to go eat. He was fortunate to have been seated with Duke Ellington each meal for all 3 days of the trip. He has a signed Picture Postcard of Duke Ellington, to prove it. It is one of his treasures and he enjoyed showing it to us. He followed Duke Ellington's career until he died in 1974, and still enjoys his music. Owen said it was the best thing that happened to him in the Navy.
