The DLC has the most defeatist view of America imaginable...
They claim that:

-America is racist
-America is sexist
-America is not progressive
-America will never support populism

DLC policies are based entirely on what they perceive America "can't" or "won't" do.

Then you have Barack Obama, whose entire campaign is based on what America CAN do. That America CAN overcome racism. That America CAN embrace progressive ideals. That America CAN have a government that works for the people, not for the corporations.

Yes.we.CAN.

And yet, the Clintons have the nerve to suggest that Obama is unpatriotic.

:wtf:

2. Oh, for crying out loud
Where did the DLC say any of this?

The DLC is not the Clinton campaign, and the Clinton campaign is not the DLC. Obama supporters like Artur Davis, Janet Napolitano, Kathleen Sebelius, and Jack Markell are all stalwart Obama backers.

DLC-bashers like the NEA and Gerry McEntee are among Clinton's biggest supporters.

5. The legislation they promote and support...
Their treatment of Howard Dean as DNC chairman, for starters.

Do you deny the strong ties between the Clintons and the DLC?

3. News flash!
America is racist and sexist which are two social problems that confront this country every day.

4. I find its much easier to think of the DLC as the GOP infiltration of our party
Every pro-business policy, every anti-labor policy, every pro-free trade policy you can blame on the GOP is also supported by the DLC.

6. .
I also feel that is a very apt description.

They see the Democratic party as a reaction to GOP policy/strategy, nothing more. I, for one, don't buy it.
