Question about what happens to primary and GE campaign leftovers

Hey folks. I can often get an answer here faster than on the Google.

What happens to money

a) raised by the winner for the primary? I assume they can roll it into the GE contest?

b) raised by the other candidates for the primary?

c) raised by the other canidates for the general election?

I'm thinking for b & c they can roll it into a different federal campaign (e.g., senate re-election).
