Watching Obama's economic speech
He started slow and dry - kinda pedantic. But I have to tell you, I like what he's saying about reforming the oversight/regulatory system and intervening in the mortgage crisis.

And oh yeah, I'm a "Hillbot." But I'm one who is going from "I'd never vote for Obama in the GE" to one who probably will, if he's the nom.

3. I'm liking the fact he's acting as the nominee and discussing issues.
HRC is no longer an issue for him and he's doing the business of the nominee. He's left her in the dust, and that's a good thing.

4. He has a great message today.
Regulation.
Transparency.
Sustained growth vs. bubbles.
Bottom Up.
Addressing mortgage crisis that helps struggling families and those who were subject to fraud.
Pay as you go.

And more of course. He doesn't hold back any punches, imo. He let's those in control know he's coming after them to correct the problems they created and perpetuated.

5. What sucks is MSNBC has been blabbing about Wright
I turned on MSNBC to see if it was either on or being summarized.

Instead their Talking Dickheads are babbling about the "revived" Wright controversy.

I hate the Mainstream Media.

6. We're Democrats. We push comes to shove, most of us will vote for the nominee.
Whether it's Obama or Clinton, the Dem will get my vote.

And yes, Obama has some very cogent ideas about how to fix this economic disaster. No more government loans or bailouts without stiff accountability standards and oversight by the government.

9. Thank you, dbaker
I have had a few of those days, too, but once we have a nominee, we will settle in for November.

10. OP, you're definitely not the only one I've heard that from lately
As Obama gets more specific, it seems more Hillary supporters are open to him.

Honestly, this has been my beef with him as well. My original candidate, Edwards, was very specific. My transition was not easy.
