McCain: 46% Clinton: 40%

Another one of those blue states that Obama can't win, but Hillary can?

Obama has showed in polling that he is more competitive against McCain in the west than Hillary is. He wins Oregon and Washington according to polls while she loses in both. He also is leading or tied in Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico.

(update)
New PPP poll out from California. Obama leads McCain by 49-40 while Hillary is ahead by three 46-43. Showing again that Obama is our strongest candidate we can field in the west. This is also a state Hillary won in the primary and one that only she could win in the general election according to her campaign.

1. Obama still doing very well out West
I really think a number of those states would be on the table if Obama is our nominee.

9. No, that's wrong
It doesn't count when she couldn't have won it in the first place. It's insignificant when she could have won it but now cannot. :eyes:

3. What is up with Hillary's poll numbers in the Northwest?
Does she really have a chance to lose Washington and Oregon?

10. Rasmussen. The same polls Shillbots use to prove how "unelectable" Obama is.
Let's see them try to spin this.

11. The West
The last time Oregon and Washington went Republican was during the Reagan Landslides.Dukakis won
these 2 states In 1988.Yet Hillary who some will say Is the only electable democrat Is weaker than
he,Gore, and Kerry. The West Is the new South. This region Is turning more and More Democrat.Obama does
better than Hillary In California, and wins Oregon and Washington. He puts Nevada,New Mexico, and
Colrado In play.Remember too Gore won New Mexico but Kerry lost It(although there are questions
about It) and Survey USA had polls suggesting Obama could be competive In The Dakotas. This does away
with any ELectable claims Hillary had.
