Howard Dean's call to get regular people involved in the political process is alive and well in South Carolina! As a result of Gov. Dean's endorsement of our campaign, we have received an avalanche of activity. 37,000+ hits to our web site in the past twenty-four hours, dozens upon dozens of sign-ups to our email update list, and most importantly for a small state race: Contributions.

It has been deeply inspiring to know that there are people out there who believe SO STRONGLY in changing our government that they are willing to support small political campaigns. Although my candidacy has been well supported by the Democratic Party in my county, this endorsement has already begun to help mobilize brand new volunteers....."
