I am overjoyed that Obama is running.
I was for Chris then Dennis. Then I was for John. After that I liked Obama, and strongly preferred him to Clinton. Her campaign helped cement my preference for Obama. the I read his speech ! http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2008/3/27/112357/993/773/485355

Obama gets it. Obama gets it!

I now rejoice that we have Obama as a candidate!

2. rejoice, rejoice, the King is coming. Rejoice
I can see why you are rejoicing, the King will set you free. That's the reason that folks are voting for the man, hope, change and unity. That will keep the country safe, secure and anything you want to put in the blank screen of BHO. Yeah, he really gets it. Rejoice, he is King.

11. they are regurgitating..
Reverend Wright. They are also trying to imply that Obama started the 'race' issue. And then there is the 'gender' card. I don't get that one at all. It seems like they're trying to say that Hillary isn't winning because she is a woman. But I don't see where that is supposed to go.

9. oh, no you have the wrong impression of me, I am very
happy and excited about Hillary being the next President. Don't fell sorry for me, bitterness comes from the harsh and hatred of the Barry supporters.

3. congrats on making a choice
I've recently gotten over my dismay over Biden and Dodd (my 2nd choice), and yeah, Hillary's lies and campaign vs. Obama's ability to focus on the important goals led me to change my sig line a few days ago. I know he's not perfect, but I'm liking him more the more I hear from him. :hi:

6. Obama Was My First Choice...
I would have been okay with Biden or Dowd. I had a lot more respect for Mrs.Clinton at the beginning than I do now, but I never felt she would have won the GE. I've always believed she would be the only candidate to bring the repubs together for McSame. He surely couldn't do it on his own.

12. I must confess: Richardson was my 1st choice. When his campaign petered out,
I then went to Edwards, then Obama. I'd rather have Obama at the top of the ticket. He'll raise more money and Democrats down ticket would rather be seen campaigning with Obama.

13. Myself I went from Biden to Edwards
Edited on Thu Mar-27-08 10:46 PM by doc03
then when Edwards dropped out I went for Obama. Obama sounds good, he sounds like the perfect candidate. I must confess though since the Rev. Wright stuff came out I just don't trust him. I just can't see how anyone could listen to Rev. Wright's hateful speech that blames the white race for all the blacks problems for 17 years and not have those same feelings. Hey, flame away if you want but other people I know that are also Democrats and Union members feel the same about Obama. I honestly feel that is going to sink Obama in the GE, I can't help it that's just my instincts.

on edit: I have heard all the arguments, that he was never there, he never heard such comments or if he did he didn't agree with all of them. I heard what I heard and I just don't trust that Obama is the person he portrays himself to be.

14. For the sake of America!
I have something vital to post about the Republican strategy to self-destruct the Democratic party!

As many of you probably know, the Republicans plan of attack is called "Operation Chaos". The goal is to get the Democratic Party infighting so we self-destruct, leaving the Republicans to take the general election.

IF YOU POST ANYTHING ANTI-CLINTON or ANTI-OBAMA then you are doing exactly what the Republicans want!

If you post anything anti-Democratic party candidate then you are helping PROJECT CHAOS!

We must ALL fight TOGETHER to defeat the Republican machine. OPERATION CHAOS is their ONLY HOPE and they are infiltrating DEMOCRATIC UNDERGROUND and many other boards POSING as Democratic supporters of both candidates in order to BASH the OTHER candidate! All they want to do is to turn people off to either candidate and their job is done!

They are SUCCEEDING and you must not help them!

Keep focused on the message of UNITY. Don't flame any anti-Dem candidate threads. PROMOTE UNITY. PROMOTE BEATING THE REPUBLICANS FIRST AND FOREMOST!

FOR AMERICA!!

http://stix1972.typepad.com/st.....cha-1.html

Here is but one website which is crowing about the success of OPERATION CHAOS!

UNITE AGAINST THE REPUBLICANS!!!
