To my fellow Texans: BE PATIENT TOMORROW

There are reams and reams of folks participating. There will be credentials challenges yet to be determined (and the gig doesn't start until they are resolved. So:

1. Come a little earlier than you ordinarily would. Bring your drivers license and your voter registration card.

2. Bring a book or something else to pass the time with. If you can't stay, consider handing off your delegate slot to an alternate (of the same candidate) who can.

3. Wear comfortable clothes.

4. Be patient. Most committees are composed of equal numbers of Obama and Hillary folks, so everythng is being done fairly. They are just taking their time to try their best to get it right the first time.

5. Plan your vote with your caucus group from your precinct.

6. If you have a question, look for a representative from your candidate's legal team. We'll be around.

7. Look around you. Damn that's a whole bunch of democrats. In Texas! Be proud.

Good luck - and I mean that for both the Hillfans and the Obamafolks.
