Is it arrogant for Obama to come out and say 'I'm the nominee'?

All the experts say, barring a major scadal (like him being revealed to be client 10 or something) or something happening health wise, he probably will be the nominee this Autunm. Mccain is now acting like he's the nominee, the rest of republicans are acting like he is, and even most in the Clinton camp are acknowledging this to be the case.

Is it arrogance or just being realistic?

Also, in attacking Obama those weeks, why wasn't the fact that Hillary being a member of some cult-like faith-based camp/organization that has members like Sen. Sam Brownback, not been reported on? I've only seen a small segment with the investigative reporter, I believe, on CNN around 10:30 in the morning PST, and perhaps a little on MSNBC "Hardball".

Otherwise, "mums" been the word regarding this.

I don't expect an answer from the question to drop out. But I remember how the media hounded Edwards to drop out. That was the only question they asked him for the last weeks of his run. And at the time they were setting up a two man round table debate - leaving him out.

But this isn't revenge or anything about that. It's about what she needs to do at the convention when she tries to take it away from the "will of the people". See where I'm going with this? Is that what democrats are about? Trying to take it away from the will of the people?
