All Seven NC Dem House Members to Endorse Obama!!!
Plus Amy Klobuchar in Minnesota!

Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota is expected to endorse Sen. Obama Monday, according to a Democrat familiar with her plans. Meanwhile, North Carolina's seven Democratic House members are poised to endorse Sen. Obama as a group -- just one has so far -- before that state's May 6 primary, several Democrats say.

One North Carolinian confirmed that at least several of the state's House members would go public in favor of Sen. Obama before long. Meanwhile, elected officials in other states with upcoming contests, including Indiana, Montana and Oregon, are weighing whether to endorse Sen. Obama.

11. It uses the word "seven" in the WSJ....
"Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota is expected to endorse Sen. Obama Monday, according to a Democrat familiar with her plans. Meanwhile, North Carolina's seven Democratic House members are poised to endorse Sen. Obama as a group -- just one has so far -- before that state's May 6 primary, several Democrats say."

14. but down below it quotes the source as saying
One North Carolinian confirmed that at least several of the state's House members would go public

Seems like they overstated in the lead what they were quoting the source was saying in more detail

13. Great news from Klobuchar!!!
I hope it's true for the NC House Dems.

I have called and encouraged my Dem Rep. Shuler to endorse Obama before the May 6th vote.

It's so weird hearing something like that when you live in California.

19. Do you mean NC?
Also, what is California in terms of population rank, first? NC is 10th I believe.

29. Yes and yes, and doh!
Yes, I meant NC

Yes, CA is first

And I misread the OP thinking that NC only had 7 House Members. I understand now.

It's just when you come from a state with 55, it's strange to see states with so few. NC seemed bigger than 7 to me, but that's probably because it is.

Sorry for the confusion!

David
