Breaking - major endorsement switch!
I know that as an Obama supporter, I'm so excited that this guy has finally seen the light. I think they should just call off the PA primary because it's a moot point now. :sarcasm:

Can someone explain to me why this is news? Am I supposed to care about this? :D

5. She has clearly now lost
50 Cent no longer supports Clinton
Posted: 03:46 PM ET

50 Cent says he was impressed with Obama's speech on race.
(CNN) – Hillary Clinton appears to have lost a high-profile backer to rival Barack Obama.

Rapper 50 Cent, who told Time magazine last September he was supporting the New York senator's White House bid, now says he has decided to shift his allegiance to Obama.

The multi-platinum star, born Curtis Jackson, told MTV News Friday that Obama's recent speech on race was the deciding factor for his decision.

"I heard Obama speak," he said. "He hit me with that he-just-got-done-watching-'Malcolm X,' and I swear to God, I'm like, 'Yo, Obama!'

"I'm Obama to the end now, baby!"

But the musician also admitted he's lost interest in the protracted Democratic race, and may not support either candidate.

"To be honest, I haven't been following that anymore. I lost my interest," he said. "I listened to some of the debates and things that they were saying, and I just got lost in everything that was going on…Don't look for my vote, for me to determine nothing on that. Just say, '50 Cent, he don't know, so don't ask Fiddy.'

He also said he didn't think the country is ready for a black president.

"I just think there's people that might not be ready for an African-American president," he said. "It'll be an issue, believe it or not."

"You've got to be conscious of racism, period," he continued. "And it's still there. We don't deal with it as often as my grandparents did. My grandparents grew up in South Carolina, so they experienced the heart of that."

40. When the main character finds out a pair of his friends are going to be let go...,

... the three of them try the fraction-of-a-penny theft.

The idea is one that has occured to every in-house programmer ever responsible for software that allocates and distributes funds.

The money to be distributed -- e.g. a 401k fund earns a big pot of money that is then proportionately divided among all the participates in that fund -- in these instances is never going to calculate to the penny for every recipient. Simple rounding doesn't work either. So you code the program to put the fraction of a penny into a variable. Every time that variable gets to half a cent, you deduce one whole penny from that variable and allocate an additional penny to the recipient the program happens to be processing at that moment.

The programmed scam is to just keep rolling those fractions into the variable, then distributing the final result to the your very own bank account. No more money is distributed than would otherwise be distributed. No single recipient loses more than one penny. And did they really earn that extra penny, since they just happened to be the recipient being processed when all the previous recipients fractions added up to half a cent? They certainly won't know they were supposed to have received the extra penny.

I will admit that it was a serious temptation when I handled 401k programming for a large bank's trust department. Especially since I handled both the distribution programs as well as the verification programs that read in the data returned from the Automated Clearing House (should probably be a rule that nobody involved in sending data to the ACH should be involved in receiving data from the ACH; I could have suggested that, but they treated me like shit, so fuck 'em if they can't figure that out for themselves).

and Glaceau ended up being sold to Coca Cola for 4.1 BILLION dollars
(netting 50 Cent $100MM after taxes). And that's just one move he's made.

Is anyone here doing better?
