Ras: Obama about to overtake Hillary in PA
Edited on Tue Apr-01-08 07:40 AM by Wolsh
RASMUSSEN POLL: Clinton Lead Shrinking in PA; Clinton 47% Obama 42%... Developing...

This could be a big month for Obama. If he keeps it even this close, I don't see how Hillary goes on.

15. Why does this meme continue? I have seen him right and get the
scoop on countless, countless occasions. Sure he's goofed some - but for
the whole he's mostly right.

6. This has to be a joke.
No freakin way.

I'll believe this when I see it--I can see him maybe putting the final nail in her coffin after Indiana and NC, but no WAY he wins PA.

16. Polls are like lovers, appearing close to your true heart one moment and then
dumping you at the laundry mat the next and running off with the quarters. Is Gallup too commercial? Is Rasmussen too Republican? Should I begrudge either when they accurately reflect trends?

We should all consult fortune-tellers, though. It's romantic and feeds the soul in some strange way.

From early on a lot of different fortune-tellers told us Sen. Clinton's PA lead was huge and insurmountable. If Raz has this trend right, it could get interesting.

17. Polls are going to bounce around and be in flux for awhile.
If Obama wins Pa., then this race for all practical purposes is over IMO if followed up by an Obama win in NC.

19. This poll is really exciting. You can see exactly what Obama is doing.
He's spending lots of time in the areas thought to be more favorable to Hillary and will wind it up in Philadelphia, which reportedly has 50% of the overall vote and is leaning Obama. This guy has a brilliant strategy.

30. SurveyUSA (historically more accurate) still has her +12%
http://www.surveyusa.com/client/PollTrack.aspx?g=2a5cb844-ebcb-4690-be98-eb64946485df&x=0,0

Note that this is net +7 points for Obama since 3/11, though.
